  Justice For Ruchika: Hang Rathore

India even after 67 years of independence has failed to eliminate widespread poverty and corruption. Which ever government comes in center always make sheer commitment and draw a false blue print of amendments to impress the people, but at last no results are seen on ground zero. The best example of of our judicial failure is the Ruchika Genhotra case where government is holding deaf ears and dumb mouth in deciphering the verdict.Likewise if i will talk about the Jessica Lall muder case, it took more than 10 years to bring  convicts down to justice. But her elder sister Sabrina fought with our barbaric system with great impetus, took brick by brick scrupulous measures and built a strong public pressure on the governing and legitimate bodies. But in the Ruchika molestation case, ex officio IGP Rathore have been acquitted on bail which off course is a matter of great shame for every Indian who think like mouse concealed under the bask of fear.

Even CBI which believed to be the sole autonomous  body is dancing on the whimsical tones of present ruling government. His father has been made a scape goat in the false case of car theft by Haryana Police. In this dimension, if our legitimate bodies have failed to deliver justice, then i believe it is  the high time to take some   inevitable steps and put public pressure on our judicial system through media and other sources. With the mobilized efforts of educated young populace bustling in colleges, universities, and corporates, the petitioners can arrange a candle vigil. Ruchika case need one spark to burn the bomb which will show its outcome in the form of public outrage. If millions of voices will sing the unified rhymes then even the government, police and the leaders would  be compelled to bend their knees in front of the mutinous rumbling. Conclusively, the need of an hour is that people should  make an  effort to protest against the fiascoes of system; join hands and start changing their thoughts. In this world, one thought can create the guild of revolutionaries, and intelligentsia.

Whether its UPA or NDA none of them can conjure us. Its we the citizens of India who can bring change and make some necessary amendments in our judiciary system.
